"Day-night fright"

Films: Night Claws (2012)

Alias: None

Type: Natural

Location: Forest

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Oh look, another hunt for the elusive, oftentimes murderous bigfoot. I wonder how well this will go for everyone involved. Answer? Not that good at all.

History: In the forests of Alabama, the legendary monster bigfoot awaits. Stalking his prey at night, this ape-man has amassed quite a body count. Now, there are those who seek to hunt the beast for their own personal gain. Perhaps they would have a greater shot at bagging the ape if they'd just stop trying to kill each other.

Notable Kills: Crushes a girl's head so hard her brains pop out.

Final Fate: After much farce, the bigfoot remains at large. Oh, and it just so happens that he has neighbors. Neighbors that don't care WHAT time of day it is...

Powers/Abilities: Great strength.

Weakness: Heavy artillery.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Perhaps what is scarier than mankind's own ignorance is what it lets run free. This bigfoot's got big sharp teeth, muscles to crush you with, and a really bad attitude. Also, there's more of him. Have fun being beaten to death.

Trivia: -As one might guess, there were a metric ton of day-for-night shots in this film.

-While bigfoot has been sighted in Alabama, people also claim to have seen the Alabama White Thang (actual spelling). It is often described as similar to bigfoot, but with an almost alien aura, and pure-white hair all over. What a creature supposedly radiating with grace like that is doing in the Deep South is beyond us.
